I, the contestant, parent if contestant is a minor, understand that all participant must:

Arrive to all training days and scheduled dates fully prepared and will maintain a positive and energetic attitude at all times from beginning to end.

Ensure to follow the guidelines of mandatory dresscode, including any hair, make up, and attire that is indicated to them.

Represent the organization with respect and professionalism, ensuring that my behavior and actions reflect the standards of the organization.

Not participate in any any non-age appropriate situation throughout their involvement with the pageant, since this could lead to disqualification

Avoid any negative behavior that may disrupt the harmonious, safe and calm enviroment for other participants

Promote a supportive, respectful atmosphere by always encouraging fellow contestants, uplifting one another,

Understand the importance of completing all assigments, tasks, and responsibilities assigned by the organization to the best of my ability.

Ensure that all required paperwork and assignments are finished and turned in promptly and accurately.

Ensure to respond to all messages and notifications received from the organization in a timely prompt manner and must meet all payment due dates.

Take responsibility for cleaning after myself at all times, and will ensure that all personal belongings are properly stored to keep the academy neat and organized at all times. Valuable items are not allowed. Organization is not resposible for any lost items.

Demonstrate exemplary behavior and respect for others at all times.

I understand that failure to comply to these guidelines may result in disqualification.

I understand that participation in pageant activities may involve physical movement and the potential for accidental injuries. I voluntarily assume any and all risks associated with my participation in the pageant, including, but not limited to, accidents, injuries, that may occur during rehearsals, performances, or any other pageant related activity.

Release of Liability:

I hereby release the organization and all associated parties from any and all liability for accidents that may arise / occur in any form during my participation in the pageant.

In the event of an accident or injury during the pageant, I agree to bear all costs associated with such treatment.

I acknowledge that I am responsible for ensuring that my daughter is in good health and able to participate in the training and pageant, and I have disclosed any medical condition that may affect my participation.

Photo and Video Release:

I grant the organization and all associated parties to take/use media content taken of my daughter obtained during the pageant's training, activities and graduation day, including, professional videos and photographs for promotional, marketing, advertising purposes. Including but not limited to social media, website, television, print and any other digital, physical media.
